The Kips Bay Decorator Show House has returned to South Florida for its sixth consecutive year, and it is open to the public from Friday, February 24 to Sunday March 19th 2023. The address: 3240 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach’s Northwood Shores neighborhood. You can get Tickets Here. 

The home honors its South Florida setting with great outdoor living areas, like the covered loggia and the oversize second-floor balcony overlooking the water. The participating interior designers show their own interpretation of Palm Beach style. Here are a few highlights! 

        

Covered Loggia by Billy Ceglia Designs

The covered loggia is one of the larger areas that make up the outdoor entertainment space, with multiple seating groups. 

From the covered loggia you see out to the pool and the water.

 

The Great Room by Amanda Lindroth Design

Antiques, hand-painted walls and finishes are matched with giant white sofas and wicker club chairs.

Balcony by Honey Collins Interiors

The blue awning that was installed as a roof is a great backdrop for the Currey & Co Brass Calliope Leaf Chandelier. A custom painted sisal rug covers pretty much the entire floor of the balcony. 

Here is a detail shot of the dining table set up with beautiful blue glassware. And the iron dining chairs are fitted with cushions upholstered in a coastal theme fabric by Manuel Canovas.

A palette of coral, orange and pinks sets off the beautiful millwork on the ceiling, accented by the Tropical Semi-Flush Ceiling Light by Currey and Co that ties in perfectly with the tropical palm tree wallpaper pattern.
